Farewell Dinner
BSA Board will be holding a Farewell Dinner to celebrate those who are graduating from our program! We will have A LOT of food, drinks, and dessert to enjoy the time altogether, anyone from our MBIOT program is invited but ESPECIALLY the 2nd years! This will be the last event of the whole school year, so please come out to see people you know, or even for last minute connections! The BSA Board will all be in attendance, so we hope to see all of you at the last event planned by us!
We hope this will be a time to destress before finals and also have free food so please come out as we will have a lot prepared :')
Please RSVP ASAP so we have a headcount of how many will be attending and add it to your calendars!

Thank you for having interest in being part of next year's Biotechnology Student Association's Board!
As much as on the outside BSA hosts many diverse but fun events, internally there is a lot of communication and teamwork involved. Effort and (at least to some extent) priority is needed and if you feel compelled to become one of the leaders of our program's student association, then we would love to see your submission.
The application is due April 14th, 11:59PM and we will not be taking late applications. Please keep this into consideration!
Buddies
BSA is excited to host a buddy system for our whole program, where first-years will be paired with second-years! We envision this system to be insightful for both sides, where first-years will have a partnered second-year for any info needed throughout their studies as well as any future connections and second-years will have the chance to grow our network and bring their knowledge to our community.
Alumni Panel
BSA has an exciting event for our LAST event this semester, we have several of our alumni willing to speak to us for an ALUMNI SPEAKER SERIES to pass down insights on advances in career.
We will be having donuts + coffee/hot chocolate for our snacks! Since it has been getting very cold we hope this will warm up your Friday evening :)
Our current lineup includes those from consulting, industry and PhD careers, so please come out to ask any questions, listen, and also network with your peers.
This event will be in person for the attendees, but the speakers will be on zoom through the screen. This panel will NOT be recorded, nor will attendees be able to attend online, so please try to come if available!

A FREE, interactive Adobe Illustrator Workshop, taught by fellow BIOT student Willey Lin. BIOT students learned the basic skills necessary to design a research poster.
